- 1:1 sessions to discuss matters pertaining to your work, well-being and effectiveness
- 1:1 training for strategies to improve well-being and decrease burnout
- Joint sessions with other key players of your work-related well-being, such as supervisors or HR
- Individual Assessment of current work experience, including:
- Causes of work stress
- Long-term effects of work stress
- Burnout
- Compassion Fatigue
- Vicarious Trauma
