What we offer
Services to Help you
Be Well, Serve Well and Lead Well

In 2019, the World Health Organization recognized Burnout in its 11th Revision of the International Classification of Diseases (the ICD-11) as an occupational phenomenon. (1)

Burnout is a serious psychological condition that requires psychologically based,
theoretically grounded approaches to its treatment.

We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals and organizations as a whole.

Be Well
Stress management, work engagement, compassion fatigue Therapy

We can meet one on one with you or your staff to analyze what levels of stress you are experiencing, discover where the stress is coming from and provide recommendations on how to manage daily stress relating to job demands, clients, co-workers, and systems.

serve well
using positive psychology to engage with your work and clients

At the heart of our  mission is the intent to improve service to clients. Integrating a positive, mindful approach to one's work has demonstrated positive results in how clients perceive staff and accomplish their goals. Sounds wonderful, but how do you do that? We can meet with you to discuss ways of improving your relationship with clients through positive psychology elements such as emotional intelligence, focus, empathy and awareness.

Lead well
mindful leadership, burnout prevention and retention diagnostics, Conflict resolution and mediation

While change starts within the individual, sustainable change requires support from leadership. For this reason, Happy With Work offers consultation for management teams, upper management, and organizations on approaches to promoting well-being in staff. By supporting front-line workers, organizations increase their effectiveness in accomplishing their mission.

While our work is rooted in positive psychology, it is imperative to acknowledge and validate the existing climate in each organization before implementing change programming. That is, we must first understand the employee experience before attempting to assist organization-wide. For this reason, Happy with Work also offers organizational analysis of burnout and work related stress using empirically based tools, including:

  • Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)
  • Areas of Worklife Scale (AWS)
  • Figley's Compassion Fatigue Scale (CFS)
  • Revolving Door Index (RDI)
  • Other tools available to meet the needs of the organizations.

These tools can be utilized in conjunction with consultation or prior to starting consultation services. After all, if your organization demonstrates high staff morale, why fix what isn't broken?
