While change starts within the individual, sustainable change requires support from leadership. For this reason, Happy With Work offers consultation for management teams, upper management, and organizations on approaches to promoting well-being in staff. By supporting front-line workers, organizations increase their effectiveness in accomplishing their mission.

While our work is rooted in positive psychology, it is imperative to acknowledge and validate the existing climate in each organization before implementing change programming. That is, we must first understand the employee experience before attempting to assist organization-wide. For this reason, we recommend starting with our organizational analysis of burnout and work related stress, using industry standard empirical tools.
